What i have in mind is a "Dawn raid" We have the majority of shares. "dawn Raid" A term describing a raider's instruction to one or more brokers to purchase as many available shares as possible in a target company as soon as the market opens for the day. (We're beyond this point and have 10 days to organize) This enables the raider to build a significant position before the target company is aware of the takeover attempt.

We have to move now before the amendment takes affect

I don't think that'd be possible, given that the status of all the stock that entered the market is unclear.

But I think it might be possible to file a TRO in Florida, asking the judge to enjoin the company from issuing any more stock until the situation is clarified.

Anyone in Florida want to step up to the plate?

2.Janice is onto something...a TRO by a Florida Judge to DETERMINE who the majority shareholders are. Simple!
