What i have in mind is a "Dawn raid" We have the majority of shares. "dawn Raid" A term describing a raider's instruction to one or more brokers to purchase as many available shares as possible in a target company as soon as the market opens for the day. (We're beyond this point and have 10 days to organize) This enables the raider to build a significant position before the target company is aware of the takeover attempt. But I think it might be possible to file a TRO in Florida, asking the judge to enjoin the company from issuing any more stock until the situation is clarified. Anyone in Florida want to step up to the plate?
