They are the children who tend to torture animals because they have no empathy for them, and who turn out to be sadistic violent criminals. I'll take the dogs anytime!

Typically, they are children who grew up unwanted and in abusive or neglectful homes.

I wish you could be as concerned with the well being of these children, who number in the tens, no, probably hundreds of thousands, as you are with chickens, carriage horses and dairy cattle.
