Pt. Townsend.

I spent several Christmas weeks staying in the old barracks at Ft Worden and attending a swing dance camp back in the 90s. Always had a great time. As I am sure you know, that is where they filmed, "An Officer and a Gentleman."

What an interesting place Port Townsend is....It's one of our favorite places and we're there often. Did the family have one of the wonderful old houses up on top of the hill? We drove all over yesterday, including all around and through Fort Worden.... what a totally beautiful section of the US! Of course, the weather was awesome yesterday, which added to the ambiance....
