As if you would accept any defense I made! StrategyPage is like a blog: their writing is their defense, you must bring your own judgment to the table, not wait for an imprimatur from the New York Times.

There are actually two questions rolled into one on this one. The first is what sort of blog is StrategyPage. It looks rightwingish and perhaps ideologically so but one glance is certainly not enough to make such a judgment. I had thought you might offer some judgment which would lead me to decide as to whether to read it more often.

The second question has to do with that poll. On that score, I cannot find anything to tell me just how reliable it might be. If the mantra of the right just now is to trust no polls offered from the mainstream media, I'm surprised if you would offer these results as if they were more credible without offering any statements as to the credibility of their source.
