I make my spaghetti sauce with a huge can of tomatoes, a couple of big cans of tomato sauce (Hunt's is the best), a can of tomato paste, a parsley bunch, washed, chopped in the Cuisinart with an onion and a bunch of garlic cloves. I add a package of tofu (low fat) to the tomato stuff in the Cuisinart and dump the stuff into a big pot and simmer. Granted, it looks a bit strange - kind of pink - but the taste is indistinguishable. I am serious!
