However, Switzerland was in the middle of something,
while the serbs, afghans and the tibetanians
were not.

HongKong, on the other hand, was just besides a huge
market, additionally with great sanctions.

That is, all very special cases..

Just as Iraq is a special case, the "triangle" has no mountains, no
huge deserts, but some great urban regions.
