That is, Sweden just introduced a mixed election
system, not just party-votes, but also personal votes.

Additionally they have an inoffical agreement to
somehow produce a viable center-party in the future.
(at the moment they are still a funny 2-party system,
in a funny disorder)

Btw, "ask any swede" and they probably do not know, they are
not supposed to know.
