Hello Mq, Don't be silly. My PF is doing fine, or, rather, I should say beautiful ... achamchen.com , because my shorting of paper real estate was concurrent with pending sale of physical real estate. Now that the latter is done, I in fact can increase my position in the former. Thank you for the reminder.

You see, but then again you probably do not see, that investment is a speculative game, to be played so that we win and do not lose, and as far as I know, I am not losing, and gee, by all indications, I am winning.

As to HOV, my position in that piece of garbage was first put on March 17th Message 21143419 , and the pain is not noticeable, and will never likely be noticeable, because the bubble will have long popped before 2007 January. If not, my other goodies will have earned mega returns, which they may in any case.

I am guessing you are not a chess player. The game is too cerebral for you, probably. Do not strain yourself.

Chugs, J

<<Look at Hovnanian go. New all-time high>>

... not worried, blissfully and blessedly.

<<Perhaps the financial and gravitational cosmoses [sp? cosmi?] turn inside out, quantum tunnelling via a Calabi Yau MADness back to the beginning>>

... it depends on what you mean by "Perhaps". I think
