When will Bush push for an US election system which can be monitored??

It is mainly a question of those four basic demands for any
election, possibly monitored, and when US will be able and
willing to implement, first #1, then #2, and maybe then #3 and #4??

Unluckily Carter, experienced with those four basic demands,
seems to be too old to see even the implementation of even the first two demands??

It will be fun when those 4 basic demands are OK, to move to how the gerrymandering
process should be handled.

As they sing in Brasilia

hmm, maybe it was #9

someday if we aren't careful, they will sit the US President down - maybe 10-30 years, and say, OK boys, here's the new rules...LOL

Bush likes to lecture everyone in the world, what a damned cad. No wonder most leaders can't stand him and his phoney hoohah attitude.

Ever notice he walks like he has a stick up his butt? Watch him next time on camera. I've never seen any other Pres. walk like that.
