>>Are you aware how hi-tech the racing industry is?<<

Racers like cryo freezing because of the perception that it makes parts more durable.

But the issue here is the astonishing claim about an increase of over 100% fuel efficiency due to cryogenic freezing. Can you supply any evidence or links to support this astonishing claim?

How about some showing some scientific facts proving his method instead of repeating the same channel 4 soundbyte?

I can guarantee that the deep freezing works for hair loss too. Just put your head into the liquid nitro and you will see... and it's widely accepted by 10000 eskimos: have you ever seen a bald eskimo? No? See, I have supporting facts!

I just froze my wife and now she will last 10000 miles Jurgis

Doug,

When you ignite an air fuel mixture in a cylinder a defined amount of energy is released. The compression pressure to the exhaust is the energy released that is recovered by the expansion of the cylinder against the crank shaft. The metallurgy has nothing to do with this energy release and recovery. If any efficiency at all could be achieved it would be through a reduction in friction.

Do you not find it strange to find such a great technological break through in such a non technical publication. The claim is laughable!
