They mostly seem to want to kill people signing up to serve in the Iraqi police, or Iraqi police. From their point of view, it's like the French resistance killing Frenchmen who collaborated with the Nazis.

And how is this different than how the civilians were starved to death or died from lack of antibiotics during sanctions?

Or those who have died from cluster bombs or suffered from depleted uranium?

A fact that I am sure breaks their heart, however it seems to me they are playing the game of if we can't have it no one can any support base for the for a government that legitimizes US is part of the enemy.

In any event, I do not condone of the specific actions you cited, but nor do I believe they are just running around with wonton lust for blood.
