WRONG. Americans can be misled into believing in the toothfairy, Santa, Horatio Alger, justice, democracy and illegal wars for no reason. Terrorism has increased massively since 911. Does anyone outside of NYC pay any attention to what is going on with Ground Zero? Does anyone care where OBL is? Not even Bush gives it much thought. Does anyone care about the new generation of terrorists developing their skills in Iraq? Does anyone care about the complete lack of cargo security? Does anyone care that, after billions have gone down the rat hole, we're absolutely positively not one bit safer than on 9/10? There is no 'CARE' or 'SUPPORT' there, there is only hysteria and xenophobia and hyperventilation when something big happens on the evening news.
