How? Doesn't matter how...or if they can do it. What matters is how we'd feel if they did. We'd feel the same as the Iraqi people feel...outraged.

Right now we are spending a lot of money to defend ourselves from just such an attack. So it's not a complete fantasy. We're gathering intelligence against China. They are a nuclear power. They have a large military force. There could be a conflict which starts over Taiwan. And China is becoming more and more industrialized. You cannot say out of hand that it will never happen. Our government is actively preparing for such a conflict and it has been war gamed...no doubt.

So an attack by China, a nuclear power, is a "fantasy", while an attack by Saddam's (non-existent) drones were something to bother about, and worth losing nearly 1700 soldiers and spending $300 billion of our children's money?
