It will not work. You just parroted what John Kerry said, without giving it a thought as to how realistic it was.

I told you it was unrealistic, now you realize it, and try to weasel out.

The captives at Guantanamo are mostly (or all) Al Quaeda fighters. The evidence of that is that when some of them are released, they rejoin Al Quaeda and commit more terrorist acts.

"Suspected"......and never charged before their release.
