I took your advise from months ago and didn't burn the Blessed Candle for decoration. I ran across it today and took it to the coffee shop where one of the guys is Catholic and gave it to him. His 92 year old mother is in the nursing home so he'll give it to her. She can't burn it but can display it and the 60 year old box it's in.

It was a nice and nearly old fashioned weekend here too....Only thing that we didn't do was get out the old wooden ice cream maker and make homemade ice cream....<ggg> (We don't have one, or I might have been tempted.....)
