The real shame here is that Kenny boy is still The thing that makes our justice system the envy of the world is that people are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Our justice system is generally better than most in the world. Who would call it perfect? this trial was prosecuted by a republican justice dept Apparently the prosecutor had a history including the same kind of activity he was prosecuting while heading the Audit Committee at Providian. The fox guarding the hen house can exhibit very aggressive behavior. The judge messed up, wonder if he is one of those "liberal" activists or a Texas justice conservative. Since most Republicans ever reported on are identified by party affiliation, the easiest assumption would be the judge was a Richards appointment. That being said, assuming is not a good practice.
