Let's look at the numbers:

*1 in 10 (10%) of your al Qaeda's, from the article are actually Taliban.
*10 out of about 200 (5%) released detainee's, from your article have returned to fighting.

Yet you say "The captives at Guantanamo are mostly (or all) Al Quaeda fighters. The evidence of that is that when some of them are released, they rejoin Al Quaeda and commit more terrorist acts."

No wonder you are confused.
