Well, I work as a problem solver. If I were in the army, I'd take pictures and fingerprints of those punks in Gitmo. Then for every Iraqi we kill or incarcerate, I'd check their pictures and fingerprints against my database. Then I'd have a real figure on how many were return fighters. Then I'd do some root cause analysis to find out why they are returning. Do some interviews and ask them why. Do some intelligence gather and find out why. Get to the darn root cause, which ultimately lies in the madrasahs and mosques and start spending billions to counteract those root causes. In addition, use our intelligence to keep more of the probably return fighter in detention.
