Funny, huh. Now this is all legal. A violation of the constitution to be sure, but legal.....

He was convicted in Federal District Court in Washington on a felony charge of conspiring to violate the constitutional rights of citizens by authorizing Federal agents to break into homes without search warrants.

Just ahead of his time.....
