Those suits will be thrown out. Innocent Germans and Japanese were caught in the web during WWII as well. But that's what happens when you're country of origin is at war with the U.S. But lawsuits won't get you compensation. That's a deadend. If they want compensation, I suggest they sue Osama and Saddam, as well as Zarqawi. They are more likely to get money out of them than to get it from the U.S.
