Which adds up to about $100mm for the top 5 executives

Gross profit was $9 bil and will become @ $10.8 bil next year.

They are getting about 1% of gross profits which would reduce net profits buy about $60 mm

Even if another $100 mm was paid to other executives,
shareholders would still be getting $2.88 bil of the net profits of $3 bil.

It is far more important what the company does with those
profits than what amount is paid for executive compensation.

It is obvious that Dell intends to buy back stock with the money. Which reduces the float and enhances stock price.

Is that the best use of the (shareholder) money?
