Laz, I may allude to having moved from California to Nevada where I could be a rude and obnoxious cigarette-smoker, but you know it's only a joke. That said, the exorbitant taxes California slapped on our smokes had quite a bit to do with my move east, however. Cold winter nights (and days) never stopped me from smoking outside. One place where I was a house guest some years back, I was sent to the equivalent of the woodshed in blizzard conditions; nevertheless, I managed to keep my blood nicotine levels in the contentment zone. Just curious, but could you not have smoked in the garage? - Holly
