Well, yes and no. Just like with Matt. I'm "The Boss" (and, no, my hair isn't pointy), but as company president, I also report to shareholders, and Dave's one. We're really not big on anything resembling an organizational chart around here. More like a communist form of capitalism. We all have our roles and work for the good of the company and the communities that use its websites. And there's a lot of overlap. For example, for the longest time, I was the only one allowed (via my own griping) to touch a single line of code. Dave has shown himself to be a competent programmer who enjoys doing it, so I've made adjustments so he can be happy without making me unhappy. Unlike the old days when GNET/INSP owned the place, Brad and Jeff had their power effectively stripped away, and I, a lifelong programmer, couldn't even dare offer my opinion when something was obviously being done incorrectly.
