CIEN......looking for a possible double bottom formation in the works here.......last Aug and Apr......That would not be confirmed, however, until move above Dec's high, around 3.5........(which is what I am looking for as the first target.) IF that happens, would then say something like 6.5 in the cards..........back to R at the late '03 congestion area....
