I'm merely pointing out that all of you who constantly place every blame on the U.S. are being way to onesided. It's as if you think the insurgents and mindless Muslim extremists have no culpability over there. I'm tired of you all being de facto apologists for Muslim extremism.

Go back and read my posts. I have said repeatedly what I think of Middle East people and the attitudes and culture that exists there. There is no news in your mentioning that many of the insurgents are bad people, or do your remind me because you think I am a supporter of beheadings? I want all our troops back because I don't want them to be subjected to the sick behavior of the insurgents. As it is, many of the guys are coming back physically and mentally screwed because of their experiences in Iraq. That is a cost we will all pay for for decades to come.

But why I continually point out what we are doing wrong is because 1) its something we can control and 2) its to counter the constant myopia emanating from your side that says the US can do no wrong.

If your posts were balanced, then I'd feel less inclined to take the other side. All posts should be balanced saying the U.S. is doing this and this poorly, but the Iraqis and insurgents are doing this that is causing problems.

Read this thread..........there is no balance coming from the hawks. And there is a point at which when balance as a goal becomes meaningless. I think we have reached that point in this country.
