Becuase nobody disbelieves this one but you. The Iraqis and the Americans on the ground have physical evidence - prisoners and intelligence, and the jihadis proudly list the names.

It is as laywers like to say, uncontroverted evidence.

Nothing healthy about skepticism that refuses to believe absolutely anything except your preconceived notions.
