I didn't want to start it all up again.

But the fact that you saw spite in the mentioning of the Brady organization was interesting. Thanks for telling me that.

I see spite in personal attacks, or arguments that relate to the person and not the idea being discussed, and that's about it. Opinions aren't spiteful (imo) and liking certain organizations isn't either, or mentioning them (imo).
