SUNW is one of "those bread and butter stocks". I always buy it as close to 3.50 as I can and sell it as close to 4.50 as I can. This has worked for nearly 3 years now.

The STK buy simple says that SUNW has and continues to be cash rich..something the 'Street" continues to overlook. The deal will not do much for SUN in the first year, but I'd be willing to bet that they get all or most of the cash back over the following 2 years. McNealy is no dummy, straight talking and don't much give a s^%T what the street thinks. He has a company to run and run it he does. Even taking out the 4.1 billion, SUN is still worth 4.50, just in cash.
