"I don't know that we've got that anywhere in the mainline media today. We've had a dozen smoking guns in this administration, but the only people really investigating are bloggers with no resources and tiny audiences."

Air America has 60 stations covering about half the country so that's an improvement over ZERO. Big Eddie has 100 stations that syndicate his show so that helps over VIRTUALLY ZERO.

Dennis Miller got cancelled.

Fox Fraud lost some 60% of its core audience after the elections.

DeLay might still be indicted.

Limbaugh might still be indicted.

Bush's ratings keep going down.

Nice improvements in a year or so and somewhat better than a sharp stick to the eye.

Note that rightwing bloggers get to bring down Dan Rather over memos THEY CAN'T PROVE are forgeries either in reality or in content. It's not the bloggers, it's their political disposition that matters to the media.

Hey it's (who?) Kerry on the lack of reaction to the Downing Street Memo:

"Do you think that Americans if they really understood it would feel that way knowing that on Election Day, 77 percent of Americans who voted for Bush believed that weapons of mass destruction had been found and 77 percent believe Saddam did 9/11? Is there a way for this to break through, ever?"
