Well, Nadine is fallowing the line that all neocons walk. Her problem is that higher up neocons make some technically correct statement and have their talking heads properly misdirect the public, but Nadine has no such "translators". Now if Bush was to make Nadine's statement that 90% of suicide bombers who can be identified are foreign fighters, then there would be an army of PR journalists who'd make sure we think this is proof that 90% of all suicide bombers were foreign fighters. But alas, there is no such spin army to the rescue of the average neoconian.
