Hi Don, We are in general agreement. One note on a change in the legal landscape: Ellen Mariani has apparently decided to end her pursuit of the RICO case against Bush et al. See: 911forthetruth.com As of last December, Mariani is no longer a client of attorney Phil Berg who is proceeding with the RICO case with a client named William Rodriguez.
