What is interesting is the fact that there is so much negativity towards the EUR and already the media speaks of the EUR demise that even after such a lousy employment report the EUR is down 0.8% from before the release. In normal time such a weak report would had cut at least 1% to 1.5% from the UDX

I also speculate that the weak employ,emt report was leaked FX traders as they dumped the USD before the report.

Net Net the FED will stop raising rates the USD is gaining due to the talking heads scaring every one out of the EUR and the trade deficit will widen further
