Did Clinton abuse powers by use of the IRS to intimidate political foes? (Nixon was also reputed to have attempted to.) Was the TravelGate affair an example of abuse of power? Was the FileGate affair an example of abuse of power? Was the HillaryCare coverup an example of abuse of power? Was the last second PardonGate affair an example of abuse of power? Would you say that Clinton "abused power even in mundane activities and tried to grab a whole lot of power away from semi-independent institutions"?
