Maybe if more people started valuing life .... Life is a bigger phenomina than just the small branch of the evolutionary tree that is Homo Sapiens. You cannot claim to value life if you threaten many whole genomes by overcrowding one. TP

Maybe if more people started valuing life and the consequences of their lifestyles, my view will be given precedence over others. In the meantime, I guess I'll have to settle for the Kerry reflection on societal's views, "I'm against abortion, but for choice." Kind of a shaky compromise on all levels, if you asked me. Not at all...........he saying people should have a choice. Where possible, I think a choice should always be offered. As for questionable values when it comes to living and life.........that's a much more complicated topic. Some of the things I've seen on college web sites make me wonder what we are becoming. In one video clip, a guy drowned himself and then his friends revived him. It took so long to revive him, I thought he was a goner. Another guy jumped out of an airplane holding his parachute in one hand. That was scary enough but then when it was opened, he hung from a bar that was tied to his parachute. He was hanging by his toes upside down 20k feet up in the air. One slip and he was road kill. People are doing more and more extreme stunts..........its like its the only way they can get off. Its crazy. If someone doesn't value their own life, how can we expect they will value someone else's.
