By recklessly killing innocent civilians, you are adding fuel to the fire of insurgency. Also, how about the "brilliant" idea of getting 40,000 (mostly) Shiites to go after Sunnis in Baghdad? Is there a better way to ignite a civil war? And in all this mess, 140,000 of our troops are trapped and caught in the crossfire. Their numbers are way too small and most of them have been there way too long. It just keeps getting worse and worse and worse.
