There was a two week trial that just ended, and it's now up to a Judge Bridges in Wenatchee to make an initial decision, which we all know will be appealed to the State Supreme Court. And therein lies the fun!!! Any guesses how Justices Bobbe Bridge and Barbara Madsen will come down on the issue? Hint: They were both judges in King County before moving on the the Supreme Court. How about Justice Mary Fairhurst? Who did she work for at one time? Why, current governor apparent and former Attorney General, Christine Gregoire. And no, I'm not cynical. I'm realistic.
