Hi again....so sorry to hear about "ailments"....They certainly do make you aware of how fortunate you are when the ailments leave, that's for sure! Be careful with the 'options'..... my hubby did that for awhile many years ago, but it was "a too labor intensive, hands on, every second, gut wrenching experience"...especially for a conservative type investor, who thought he'd gamble with a bit of money....He made money, but the cost was too high on his stomach....<gg>
