The nation as a whole needs to correct course, not have a correction imposed by a minority. The latter does not have a lasting impact, while the former does.

We can't afford tyranny or the Republicans inability to balance a checkbook.

Bush, unbelievably, still wants:

1. More war
2. More tax cuts for the ultrawealthy
3. More corporate welfare
4. SS privatization

Exactly WHO will pay for this and HOW? This will go on the backs of America's families now and for generations to come.

This is completely and totally immoral and really, really bad fiscal policy. It is also terrible for national security as it puts our future in the hands of foreigners holding our debt.

It is absurd to put our future in the hands of Communist China who is set to become the largest economy in the world in a few decades. This is, however, what Bush's policies will do to us and our children and our grandchildren.
