They aren't trying to bring it about. They just see it in the future. It's inevitable, with leaders like Dumbya and voters like you and your pals on the PGWB thread. Dumbya still thinks the "jury is still out" on global warming, evolution and science in general. He gives us tax breaks for driving the biggest, most gas sucking SUV's, the better to shovel cash to his oil buddies.
