Also remember its not a capital gain unless you sell something...so the list is actually way too short. I've also noticed a direct correlation between how ultra rich somebody is and their public statements about how we have to do more for the poor in the world, yet they never sell their property and give it to the poor, not ever. Instead their solution is to always use somebody else's money, usually taxpayer money to suppossedly help the poor. But what they are really doing is simply trying to get "good works" recognition for themselves on a world scale, while not spending a thin dime to do it.
