The docket says what the docket says. I'd rather not speculate until I've read the orders and opinions in their entirety. Will post then.

I have read the orders and opinions.

Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act claims against Rea and Trading Places were not dismissed. We've been ordered to file a scheduling order and that means trial.

As for Berber and Moor, considering the legal opinions given to justify dismissal, I am filing an appeal. The District Court's orders and opinions directly conflict with United States Supreme Court authority and, therefore, as a legal matter, were issued in error.
