The questions I've asked were rhetorical- there is no need to answer them.

The answers I've given were practical. Your rhetoric means nothing other than a diffidence in a time when different and more aggressive approach is called for.

Re: What you do off SI is what counts more. Are you working with organizations that promote what you want?

I'm creating them, or at least the local branches thereof. I'm primarily responsible for the Central Oregon chapters of Not In Our Name, the 9/11 Truth Alliance and the Central Oregon Peace Network.

I've spent thousands of dollars of my own money on my local organizing efforts.

I created a very successful documentary film series in the months prior to the 2004 elections.

I've had knowledgeable people (a professor emeritus among them) claim that I've done more to educate the public on political issues in the past year than any other individual in Central Oregon.

So, yeah, I'm engaged.

What I find infuriating about SI is how many otherwise decent people are so willing to let low-lifes get away with their criminal misinterpretations of reality.

So, what have you done for me lately?
