suicide bombers are honored. Doesn't that seem a bit odd to you? Few things in life are absolute. We create what we resist. what goes around comes around. u r, really, what u think u r. thats it. prob a few more. but who really cares.

I'm not tarring every Muslim with the same brush as OBL. However, take a look at what's happening in Iraq and Palestine. Take a look what happened in Spain and the U.S. Take a look at what happened in the Netherlands. Take a look at what is happening in Kashmir. Take a look at what is happening in Saudi Arabia. The Muslim suicide bombing culture is very widespread. The suicide bombers are hailed as heros, even by so-called moderate Muslims. Does this surprise you? The lower a group is in the pecking order the more violent they tend to be. Classic case is the black community in the US. Crime rates are much higher in that community than in the white community. However, I don't simply condemn all of them as barbarians and then set up to nuke them into oblivion. You might not have noticed but the more violence we direct at the Muslims, the more violent they become. Whether you want to or not, there is a relationship between what we do in the ME and the reaction by the Muslims just as there was a negative reaction from the black communty when whites tried to force them into subjegation. And it does not matter that the Muslim's real anger is against their own leaders and should be directed at them, and not the US. Violence begats violence. I find it ironic that the most religious among us ignore so completely that quote from the Bible. It is not possible to eradicate violence from the ME through violence. The only time violence really works is when its so formidable that it temporarily overwhelms the local population. For any long term effect, however, a policy of genocide must be imposed.......and then it works only for a finite period of time. You would think as the most educated in the world, we would understand that basic concept but we don't. The US military will not stop the violence in the ME. There is a huge difference between them and the fundamentalist Christians in this country. If Falwell started to espouse violence against Muslims or anyone for that matter, he'd lose all his adherents. If violence ensued, he or the perpetrators would find themselves in jail. Do you honestly believe the majority of Muslim religious leaders espouse violence? In fact, its been the Shiite clergy that have kept the lid on that group in Iraq and prevented them from joining the fighting in great numbers. Do you want the world to think that the views of Falwell and Robertson are typical of American clergy? I certainly don't. If you agree with me, then why do you tar all Muslim clergy with the same brush? In Muslim countries, suicide bombers are honored. Doesn't that seem a bit odd to you? By whom? In this country, abortion killings are honored by some in the religious community. Why do you think it should be any different in the Muslim community? There are assholes in every country of this world. This is why people don't take you seriously, tejek. Hmm.......you've said that before. Have you taken a survey? Its been my experience that people take me seriously enough to respond to my posts. That's good enough for me.
