the confederate flag is a heritage flag, why shouldn't they be allowed to fly it??? Are you saying Poles, germans, mexican japanese can't fly a flag of their heritage??

Are the people from the South, southerners first and Americans second? If your answer is in the affirmative, then they can fly the Confederate flag but they also should consider going their separate way. Maybe we need to do a Constitutional Congress.
