Allan CDIC at 2.20 for sure for a test of the 2.50 area for a trade. ALAN, has had some interesting trading going on. I'm going to hold onto my 1.05's from this past week...supposedly there is something in the news pipe prior to the NEC finalization, first part of July. My best guess is NTT. California is supposed to move into high gear soon due to budget money that has surfaced...the shortfall is not nearly as large as they had thought. I worked for the State of California for thirty years and was always amazed at how they could misplace and then suddenly find a billion or two dollars to fund pet projects. TSI is one of those pet projects. Ken
