Yes, I've spent the last 20 years using stuff to protect myself from the sun, but this is plugging the benefits of sun w/o the sunscreen

The followup warned that it is only beneficial if you limit unprotected exposure to 10-15 minutes in the sun. Keep your sunscreen and a watch handy.
