An experiment to see what difference it makes to insist on buying low.

From my list of 28 stocks...

8 are rated about fairly priced
chk cme dell eweb geac lll mxo xto
10 are rated higher price than in the past.
Bebe cwtr dna goog iiji nsi prls stx tsco wdc
11 are rated as being down from previous highs
abfs agi antp jnpr jor mpet petm qcom usti wtsla

Stocks I am interested in buying would be chk, xto, goog,iiji, tsco, jnpr, utsi,and wtsla

A week from today, can look back and see if there would have been any advantage in buying only those that are on the down list.
And my guess is there would be no noticeable improvement.
