Or they can always prevent US access to such poker sites, just like China does to foreign sites it does not like :-)

So long as the company's assets and management stay off shore I don't think there is any way for the US to go after them.

They could arrest US customers but busting into someone's home and dragging them to jail for playing online poker wouldn't go over too well.
