If there is another crisis or move towards war, a draft will be required. That's a fact........enlistments and re enlistments are both down big. The military can't afford to keep doing what its doing which is reassigning people to Iraq in a cycle that is a much more shortened version of past cycles.

Now if you are a Dem. and you see your enemy in trouble, what do you think you would do? They are simply nailing their enemies.
