We're there? That does seem to be a pretty good starting point, tho; "sometime in the next 5 years".

We already have, I think.We had our chance to be the leader, and squandered it, because it would be "bad for business". So, there sits Detroit, drowning in SUVs while the Japanese sell us hybrids.
When will we ever learn, wheeen will weeeee ever learn?
