If they are telling us 5 years, what do they really mean? 3? We're there? That does seem to be a pretty good starting point, tho; "sometime in the next 5 years". "The British initiative speaks more to economic competitiveness.... Will America miss out on this major industrial evolution because Washington is too tied to big oil and gas?" We already have, I think.We had our chance to be the leader, and squandered it, because it would be "bad for business". So, there sits Detroit, drowning in SUVs while the Japanese sell us hybrids.
